Talk to us

Paid plans are bought from the billing area inside the app, where you choose how many seats you need. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax or VAT, which Paddle calculates and collects at checkout based on your location.

What a paid seat buys

One rep, practising as much as they need

A seat is one named rep. Every seat on a paid plan gets the whole product, not a metered slice of it.

  • Live voice calls with AI prospects that interrupt, object and brush you off.
  • Your own AI prospects, built for the buyers you actually call — how many you can keep is what separates the plans.
  • A score the moment the call ends, with the specific moves that helped and hurt.
  • Recordings and transcripts kept in the rep’s call history.
  • XP, levels, streaks and weekly challenges to keep reps coming back.
  • Team leaderboards and clearance rules on Pro and Team, so “ready to dial” is a threshold, not a hunch.
Billing

The questions people actually ask before paying

Who charges my card?

Paddle.com Market Limited is our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment, invoicing and taxes, so the charge on your statement will reference Paddle rather than SalesUP. Card details are collected and stored by Paddle, never by us.

What does “per seat” mean?

A seat is one rep with their own login, their own call history and their own place on the leaderboard. You pick the number of seats at checkout, and the monthly total is the per-seat price multiplied by the seats you bought. Adding or removing seats is prorated by Paddle against your billing cycle.

What counts as an “AI prospect”?

One saved buyer persona: their role, company, temperament and what they push back on. Most teams want one per segment they sell into — a CFO at a Series B, a gatekeeper at an enterprise, an ops lead at an SMB — and every rep on your plan can call all of them. The plan sets how many you can keep at once, not how many calls you make against them. Archive one and the slot frees up; Team is uncapped.

What is the fair-use ceiling?

Paid seats aren’t metered, but live voice calls cost us real money per minute, so there is a fair-use ceiling that scales with your seat count. It exists to stop abuse, not to ration normal practice: a rep would have to run several hours of calls every working day to approach it. If you ever get close, we’ll talk to you before anything is limited.

Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Cancel any time from the billing area in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and it isn’t renewed after that. We also offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or a renewal — the details are in our Refund Policy.

Which currency, and are taxes included?

Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle may present your local currency at checkout. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT; Paddle determines what applies where you are and adds it at checkout.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The Free plan needs no card at all — sign in with your email and start a call.

Still deciding?

Start on the free plan and run a real call in the next two minutes. If you’d rather ask a person first, email tech@salesup.club and we’ll answer.
